On Friday, 24 September, members and guests gathered at the Schwarzer Adler Hotel in Tangermünde for the 76th Family Day of the Schrader Family Association.

Welcome by the Chairman

The chairman of the Schrader Family Association, Harald Schrader, welcomed all participants and guests.

Twenty-five members and guests attended this welcome evening in the “Kutscherstube” room of the “Schwarzer Adler” hotel.

Harald Schrader, chairman of the family association, gave a special welcome to Mr and Mrs Udolph, who had already arrived.

Cousin Harald also welcomed Mr Karsten Vinzelberg from Stendal, who had read about the family day in the local press.
Mr Vinzelberg is a descendant of an old Altmark family and an active family historian himself.
He was interested to find out what our family association does and how we celebrate our anniversary.

This was followed by a “cosy get-together” with delicious food and interesting conversations.
