In other words, register in the mailing list.
You can also unsubscribe and unsubscribe at any time.

You will receive a “confirmation e-mail” in which you please press the “confirmation link!
Only then will you be added to the distribution list.
It is then just as easy to unsubscribe from the list in the newsletter.
